Ticket Information

Booked your tickets?

Firstly, please check your tickets carefully (dates, times and events) and inform the box office immediately if there is anything amiss.

No Printer? No Problem!

You can gain entry using your mobile phone, or you can collect your physical tickets at the box office if you can't print them off.

Start Times

Please note that our films start at the time advertised (the trailers will run for up to 20 mins before the advertised time).

Book in advance

If you have not booked your tickets in advance please contact the box office to check availability before you leave home. Sometimes details change or shows sell out and we don’t like to see people disappointed. If there are any changes to the event you have booked for,  we will try and contact you using the number you gave us when you made the booking.

Leave enough time!

Nobody likes queuing. Our box office can get very busy in the run-up to a film or show going in. We always advise booking in advance or arriving sufficiently early to allow time to park and to avoid queuing.

Exchanges and Refunds

• If for any reason you are unable to make a performance or screening you have booked for, your tickets can be returned up to seven days in advance of a performance and we will issue you with a full credit note.

• Alternatively, we can exchange your tickets for a more suitable performance of the same show or film, or in the event of a full house we will do our best to re-sell your tickets for you (although this cannot be guaranteed).

• Customers are advised to take note of the film classification ratings to avoid disappointment, as no refund can be made if they purchase tickets for a film they are not old enough to view.

• Gift/credit vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If any product purchased with a voucher is exchanged or refunded, any money owing will be added to the balance on the gift/credit voucher.

Cinema admission for 2D screenings is £7.50 (Adults) and £5.70 (Children aged 14 and under). 3D cinema prices are £8.50 (Adults) and £6.70 (Children aged 14 and under) which includes the use of returnable 3D glasses. Please refer to individual events for prices for Live Broadcast Events such as NT Live and Met Opera screenings. You are advised to take note of the film classification ratings to avoid disappointment, as no refund can be made if you purchase tickets for a film you are not old enough to view.
