Here’s your first taste of who’s coming to the OV Cardigan Music Trail this year…
We are so excited to bring you the sixth edition of Other Voices Cardigan from 3- October - 1 November for another three days of music, conversation and connection in the wonderful town of Cardigan. As always, we'll be bringing you some of the brightest and best acts from Ireland, Wales and beyond to venues across the town via the Music Trail, and here are the first wave of acts confirmed...
Baby Brave / Bruna Garcia / Curtisy / Daithí / Danielle Lewis / David Murphy / Ellie O'Neill / God Knows / Gwen Sion / Joshua Burnside / Kidsmoke / Makeshift Art Bar / Molly Palmer / Morn / Qbanaa / Róis / Salamay / Séamus & Caoimhe Uí Fhlatharta / Siula / Still Blue / Taff Rapids / Talulah / Tessio / The Factory Set / Tokomololo / Tramp / Wrkhouse...and many more to be announced!
This year’s Trail spans more than ten unique venues across town - from pubs and chapels, newly repurposed spaces and many returning favourites.
The full line-up will be announced in the coming weeks, so keep an eye on OV and Mwldan socials! Your wristband grants access to every show along the Trail – grab yours now at the early-bird price of £40 (increasing to £65 from 1 July).
St Mary's Church
This year will once again see some one-of-a-kind performances lighting up St Mary's Church, presented by the ever-wonderful Huw Stephens. These headline performances will be broadcast live worldwide for free via the Other Voices YouTube channel, and streamed to a cinema screen in Mwldan so you can tune in wherever you are.
New for 2025: All wristband holders can attend Church performances on a first-come, first-served basis. Each artist will have a designated slot, with the Church cleared between sets to give as many people as possible a chance to attend. No separate tickets needed – just join the queue for the artists you’d like to see and experience the magic inside St Mary’s.
Clebran & Clebran on The Trail
Beyond the musical happenings, your wristband also includes unlimited access to Clebran. Taking place at Mwldan in the heart of Cardigan, this discursive strand of Other Voices Cardigan brings together artists, advocates, thinkers, and policy makers from Ireland and Wales to explore some of the most important topics of our time, offering fresh perspectives and capturing the imagination.
Clebran will run throughout the festival, with the full line-up announced soon – keep your eyes peeled!
Following last year's successful debut, Clebran on The Trail returns: a series of inspiring conversations with musicians and performers around town, exploring what fuels their creative fire and the passions they hold dear.
Your Music Trail wristband grants unlimited access to all Clebran discussions. Clebran is co-curated by Ireland's Edge.
