Aberteifi Live collective are partnering with the Eisteddfod to present a free programme of music at the Castle to celebrate 850 years since the first ever Eisteddfod was held at Cardigan Castle.
Join us as Lord Rhys journeys through the communities of west Wales ahead of a special celebration marking 850 years since the first Eisteddfod hosted by Lord Rhys at Cardigan Castle.
At the heart of the journey is a spectacular 5-metre-tall puppet of Lord Rhys, created by Small World Theatre Company, travelling from town to town before arriving in Aberteifi for a full day of performance, music, poetry, celebration and family activities.
Aberteifi Live is a collective made up of Mwldan, Fflach, Small World Theatre, The Cellar and Grain. Bringing great music to Cardigan.
Aberteifi Live’s inaugural festival takes place this Autumn 30-31 October.
