The Early-Stage Dementia Group is pleased to offer Cognitive Stimulation Therapy
(CST) - a friendly, evidence-based group programme backed by the NHS, designed
to support memory, thinking skills, and confidence in people experiencing mild
to moderate cognitive difficulties.
Our sessions are engaging, social and enjoyable. Focusing on conversation,
creativity, music, games and everyday problem-solving - in a relaxed and
supportive environment.

Unless otherwise stated, classes take place in Mwldan's Stiwdios which are in the long stone building directly across the road and river from the main theatre building. Stiwdios 4, 5, 6 and 7 can be found here.
