Biodanza, created by Rolando Toro Araneda, is a human integration system of organic renewal, affective re-education and re-learning of the life original functions using a combination of music, movement, and positive group encounters to stimulate well-being and promote the expression of human potential.
6pm - 8pm, donations welcomed.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.

Unless otherwise stated, classes take place in Mwldan's Stiwdios which are in the long stone building directly across the road and river from the main theatre building. Stiwdios 4, 5, 6 and 7 can be found here.
