Theatr Mwldan hosts the activities of a wide range of community groups and organisations.

Theatr Mwldan’s core user groups are Cardigan Theatre, Cardigan Art Society, Opera Teifi, Peter Gould Music Trust, Cardigan Youth Theatre and Theatr Mwldan Film Society.

Other Community users include Cwmni Drama Bryn Mair, Cwmni Drama Llandudoch, Cwmni Drama Mochyn Ddu, CFfI Penparc YFC , Cilgerran Players,  The Young Musician of Dyfed Competition and Ysgol Gynradd Gymunedol Aberteifi amongst others.
