Annual Furniture Exhibition

City and Guilds Certificate in Furniture Production Making and Installing Furniture Levels 1, 2 and 3 

The exhibition displays the skilled craftwork produced by level 2 and 3 students during a one year study programme.  The furniture has been crafted by hand and using machine woodworking skills

City and Guilds Certificate in Machine Making Woodwork Level 2 

The work displayed demonstrates how restoration skills can revive pieces of furniture in need of tender loving care. It also demonstrates the students’ knowledge and use of materials needed to return a piece of furniture to its original condition

Art and Design Exhibition
21st – 28th June 2007

The students’ work this year reflects the creative process they have undertaken throughout a variety of exciting projects. This includes paintings, textiles, some 3D designs and traditional and digital photography. The work exhibited is a mixture of second year BTEC National Diploma in Fine Art, First Diploma in Art & Design, the BTEC Introductory Certificate in Fashion and G.C.S.E Art.

ILS (Independent Living Skills)
21st – 28th June 2007

Work by a group of students with learning difficulties that attend Coleg Ceredigion 16 hours per week and study a variety of subjects including Art and Craft. Subjects displayed include mosaic, print making, collage, glass painting and other art related activities.
